APOP対応
1. qpopperインストール時にソースを展開したディレクトリで作業
2. make clean
3. ./configure --enable-apop
4. make
5. su
6. make install
7. /usr/local/sbin/popauth -user xxxxxxx でAPOP用のパスワードを設定
8. 普段使っているメールソフト(私の場合はBecky!)の設定をAPOP使用に変更
